Chargeback management
In one line
Stop it, fight it, or lose the account.
What it is
In a restricted vertical, chargeback ratio is not a metric — it is the condition of your account. Cross a card-brand monitoring threshold and you enter a programme with fines, remediation plans and a clock. The point of chargeback management is to never get there.
Three levers, in order of value. Prevent the dispute, using descriptors customers recognise and a cancellation path they can find. Intercept it, using network alerts that let you refund before it posts. Fight it, with evidence collected before the sale rather than assembled after the dispute.
Capabilities
What you get, specifically.
Pre-dispute alerts
Coverage across the major alert networks, with rules that refund automatically below a threshold you set and escalate above it.
Representment with real evidence
Delivery confirmation, AVS and CVV results, IP and device data, login and access logs, and signed terms — assembled per reason code rather than as a template.
Reason-code analysis
Disputes broken out by reason, product, traffic source and cohort, because the fix for fraud disputes is not the fix for service disputes.
Ratio monitoring
Ratio tracked against brand thresholds monthly, with warning before you approach a monitoring programme rather than notification after.
Descriptor and cancellation review
The two cheapest prevention levers, reviewed at boarding and again whenever ratio moves.

Rows reading set at underwriting are not omissions. Those figures are decided per merchant against your vertical, volume and history, and you will see all of them in writing before you sign.
Tell us what you sell.
Before anything sensitive changes hands, we will tell you whether a route exists for your vertical, roughly what shape it takes, and what underwriting will ask you for.
