Agent programme

For agents who keep hitting the same wall.

You have merchants nobody will board. We write the categories that produces. The terms below are the ones agents actually get burned on, so they are on this page rather than behind a call.

Terms

The clauses worth reading first.

One row is blank on purpose — the split is set per agent, and a published number would mean underpaying whoever carries more of the file.
Residual split
Set per agent
Set per agent against volume and how much of the file you carry. Stated in the agent agreement before you sign.
Portfolio ownership
Yours
Your merchants are your portfolio. We do not solicit them for other products, and the agreement says so in writing.
Residual buyout
Available
Multiple and terms agreed at the point of sale, not dictated by a clause you signed years earlier.
Underwriting support
Included
We prepare and place the file. You are not the one guessing which acquirer is writing peptides this quarter.
Exclusivity required
No
Bring us the files we are better placed for and keep the rest wherever they are performing.
Vesting or clawback on residuals
None
Residuals are paid on merchants that process. There is no schedule you have to survive to get paid.

What you get

What you get, and none of it is a portal.

Pre-submission review

Send the file before you promise anything. We tell you which acquirers are realistic and what is missing, so you are not the one delivering a decline you did not see coming.

You keep the relationship

Introductions, calls and boarding run with you in the room. We are not building a direct relationship with your merchant behind your back.

Reporting you can act on

Portfolio-level residual detail per merchant, per MID, per month — reconcilable rather than a single number in an email.

The verticals nobody else writes

The industry register on this site is the working list. If you have merchants stuck in one of those categories, that is the fastest place to start.

Questions

From agents.

Independent agents, referral partners and ISOs who run into restricted verticals their current relationships will not write. If your book is standard-risk retail, you probably have better options than us for it — and we would rather say that than take a file we add nothing to.

Send us one file.

Not a partnership deck — an actual merchant you cannot place. That tells both of us more about whether this works than any call about terms.
