Privacy policy

Only what you type into a form. There are two forms on this site and neither asks for anything sensitive.

The contact form collects your first and last name, company name, email address, phone number, and an optional message.

The pre-qualification form collects your business name and website, your industry, how long you have traded, a monthly card volume band, average ticket, whether you process today and with whom, a chargeback ratio band, and your name, role, email address and phone number, plus any notes you add.

Both forms also record which page of this site you submitted from, and the address of the page that linked you here if there was one. That is captured at the moment you submit, from the page itself — it sets no cookie, creates no identifier, and does not follow you anywhere. We use it to understand which parts of the site are useful.

• We do not ask for a social security number, an EIN, tax documents, bank account details, card numbers or ownership documents anywhere on this website.
• Those are collected only during a formal merchant application, over a secured channel, after a person has confirmed we can underwrite your business.

We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — which pages are read, how visitors arrive, and where they leave. This is configured for aggregate measurement rather than to build a profile of you as an individual.

Analytics cookies are set when you visit. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; doing so affects only measurement, not your ability to use the site.

Essential storage is separate and always present: a single `theme` value in local storage remembering your light or dark preference. It holds no identifier and is never sent to us.

Our hosting provider also records standard server logs for every request — IP address, timestamp, page requested and browser user agent — as any web server does. We use these to keep the site working and to investigate abuse.

To answer your inquiry, to assess which acquiring partner writes your category, to prepare and present your application when you ask us to, and to service your platform account once it is live.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Our acquiring bank partners and our gateway provider — and, where your category requires one, a specialist acquirer. Only where you have asked us to present your application. This is the disclosure that matters most, and we tell you which institution your file is going to before it goes.

The service providers that operate this site, listed below. Each processes data only to deliver its function, under contract.

Regulators, card networks, or law enforcement, where required by law or by card-network rules.

• Vercel — hosting. Serves the site, receives form submissions, and holds server logs.
• Resend — email delivery. Transmits the notification containing your inquiry to our inbox.
• IONOS — email hosting and forwarding for our own dashprocess.com addresses.
• Our acquiring bank partners and gateway provider — receive application data for underwriting and account provisioning once you ask us to present your application.
• Google Analytics — measurement. Receives page-view data about your visit, including your IP address and browser, to produce aggregate usage reports.

When you submit a form you are asking us to reply, so we will contact you by email or telephone about that inquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message or using the contact details below.

We do not operate an SMS or text-messaging program and do not text numbers submitted through this site. If that ever changes, consent will be collected through a separate, unchecked opt-in on the form itself before any message is sent, and this policy will be updated first.

We do not currently run a marketing newsletter. If we start one it will be a separate opt-in, never bundled into an inquiry, and every message will carry an unsubscribe link.

Inquiries that do not proceed are retained for 12 months from your last contact with us, then deleted.

Records relating to an onboarded merchant account are kept for as long as the acquiring bank, card-network rules and applicable financial regulation require — typically several years after the relationship ends. That obligation sits above our own preference and we cannot shorten it.

Server logs are retained on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we process it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Exercising any of these costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period applicable law requires.

One limit worth stating plainly: where your information has already been shared with an acquiring bank for underwriting, that institution holds its own copy as a separate controller, and its regulatory retention obligations may prevent deletion. We will tell you when that is the case rather than quietly declining.

The site is served only over encrypted connections, and requests to it are redirected to HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

No system is perfectly secure, and any business claiming otherwise should be treated with suspicion. What we can say is that this site holds no payment data, no government identifiers and no banking credentials, so the information at risk is limited to business contact details.

This site links to third parties, and the services we describe are delivered by acquirers, processors and gateway providers we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own. Review the policy of any site you reach from here.

This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in how the site works or what the law requires. The revision date at the top reflects the current version.

This page is generated from the site's own configuration: analytics, marketing email and text messaging each have a switch in the codebase, and the wording above changes with it. Turning any of them on updates this policy in the same change, so it cannot quietly drift out of date behind the site.
