Service
Credit card processing
In one line
Authorisation, capture, settlement, reporting.
What it is
Once the account exists, processing is the day-to-day: authorising a card, capturing the sale, batching at close, and receiving settlement net of fees. The parts merchants notice are the parts that go wrong — declines that should have approved, batches that do not close, and a statement that cannot be reconciled to anything.
Interchange is the largest component of what you pay and it is set by the card networks, not by us. What a processor can influence is qualification: whether your transactions carry the data that earns the lower interchange category they are eligible for.
Capabilities
What you get, specifically.
Interchange-plus available
Interchange passed through at cost with a disclosed markup, so you can see what the networks took and what we took. Tiered pricing is quoted only where an acquirer requires it.
Level II and III data
For B2B and government card acceptance, passing the additional data fields moves qualifying transactions into lower interchange categories.
Decline diagnostics
Decline reasons broken out by issuer and code, so soft declines that should be retried are distinguished from hard declines that should not.
Reconcilable reporting
Batch, deposit and fee detail exportable in a form that reconciles against your bank feed rather than approximating it.

Rows reading set at underwriting are not omissions. Those figures are decided per merchant against your vertical, volume and history, and you will see all of them in writing before you sign.
Tell us what you sell.
Before anything sensitive changes hands, we will tell you whether a route exists for your vertical, roughly what shape it takes, and what underwriting will ask you for.
