Service
Recurring billing
In one line
Rebills that succeed, cancellations that work.
What it is
Two numbers decide whether a subscription business works: how many rebills succeed, and how many turn into disputes. Both are operational rather than strategic.
Failed rebills are mostly expired or reissued cards, which account updater fixes silently. Disputes are mostly unrecognised descriptors and cancellation paths customers cannot find — both cheaper to fix than to fight.
Capabilities
What you get, specifically.
Account updater
Card credentials refreshed with the networks before the rebill, which recovers a meaningful share of what would otherwise be involuntary churn.
Intelligent retries
Retry timing set by decline reason rather than a fixed schedule, respecting network retry limits.
Flexible schedules
Any interval, trials, instalment plans, proration, pause and resume.
Pre-charge notification
Automated notice ahead of each renewal — the cheapest dispute prevention available and increasingly a legal requirement.
Self-service cancellation
A cancel path as easy as the signup path, because underwriting checks and regulators are now checking too.

- Set at underwriting
Rows reading set at underwriting are not omissions. Those figures are decided per merchant against your vertical, volume and history, and you will see all of them in writing before you sign.
Tell us what you sell.
Before anything sensitive changes hands, we will tell you whether a route exists for your vertical, roughly what shape it takes, and what underwriting will ask you for.
