Underwriting and onboarding

We underwrite you in-house and onboard you onto our platform, with terms you see in full before you sign.

In one line

Decided by people who know your vertical.

What it is

The difference between a payment facilitator and a broker is who makes the decision. A broker takes your file to a bank and hopes. We review it ourselves, inside a program built for restricted verticals, and the person reading your certificate of analysis is the person who knows why it matters.

Our sponsor bank sets the outer boundaries of what the program can accept. Within them, the decision is ours — which is why we can tell you on the first call whether your category fits, rather than after three weeks of document collection. Where a category sits outside the program, we place you with a partner acquirer who writes it, and you know which path you are on from the start.

Capabilities

What you get, specifically.

In-house underwriting

Your file is reviewed by us, against criteria written for your category, not against a generic risk desk's policy. That is faster, and it means the questions you get asked are the ones that actually matter.

A straight answer on the first call

Program, partner acquirer, or no route today. You hear which before you send a document, because the only thing this process can waste that you cannot get back is time.

Terms in writing before signature

Discount rate, per-transaction fee, monthly and per-transaction caps, reserve rate and term, funding schedule, and the conditions under which any of them can change.

One relationship, however many accounts

Sub-accounts per brand, product or entity under one login and one named contact. If part of your business sits with a partner acquirer, it still reports into the same dashboard.

Rows reading set at underwriting are not omissions. Those figures are decided per merchant against your vertical, volume and history, and you will see all of them in writing before you sign.

Before anything sensitive changes hands, we will tell you whether we can underwrite your vertical, roughly what the terms look like, and what underwriting will ask you for.
